Use Keyboard Shortcuts

To boost your productivity, Visualizer provides keyboard shortcuts (hot keys) for common actions that you perform when creating reports. In addition, there are shortcuts for the Change Visualization/Guided Mode menu, so you can quickly preview or change the type of chart applied to your report.

By default, Visualizer keyboard shortcuts are enabled. Visualizer ignores keyboard shortcuts when text boxes, search fields, or other selection elements have focus. To remove focus, press Escape (Esc).

Note: Visualizer keyboard shortcuts are case sensitive.
